Full previous restoration by Jaguar specialist Peter Thurston and conversion from FHC to DHC at that time at a cost of circa £58k and subsequently fully upgraded by XK Jaguar specialists  Twyford Moors to race/rally spec including a Sigma competition engine, 5-speed gearbox, power steering, 48 spoke 15″ chrome wire wheels, aluminium radiator, electronic ignition, and many more extras with invoices totalling circa £130k.
